For many people in the gym can be a chore, so they often find excuses not to go. People go to the gym for many different reasons, if the toning and burning calories you are after then look no further than the pump body. This group fitness class was developed by fitness experts in Les Mills and an instructor led class that uses weights to burn up 600 calories an hour, if you're doing it correctly.
